I just sold my beloved 1968 Super Reverb. Really just to get the value out of it. I figured
that I could replace it with a new tube amp and pocket some money. I thought I would have to go thru a
bunch of amps to find a good one but I'm sticking with my first choice. This 30 watt all tube Peavey amp with a
single 15" speaker it cutting it for me. It's not a Blackface Super Reverb but it's pretty darn good. The sound
sample your listening too (hopefully it's working) is my first recording with this amp. No effects but the reverb on
the amp. Vintage GFS pickups on a strat. No frills and I think it gets the vintage tube sound. They make
a 210 model too but I opted for the 115 to get a bigger bottom end. I also record my bass tracks thru this amp.
My first recording with this Amp. Totally stock amp, GFS Vintage Alnicos, no effects, Fender/Tokai hybrid strat
