My musical journey started at age five with my first guitar recital (thanks Mom). After graduating from the Berklee College of Music I set out to Nashville and joined the songwriting community. I was quickly dragged into the world of 'guitarist for hire' road work. This occupation soon got old and artistically very unrewarding.

So I started focusing on my writing as my priority in life. With the ultimate goal of having a collection of songs that are purely me and reflect my perspectives and life's experiences both musically and personally. I felt combining this approach with my guitar talents would yield some good results. So after a lot of growth as a writer and personally, I feel I'm now writing music that is genuinely me.

I've been told my sound is reminiscent of Neil Young, Ray Lamontagne and the like. Though most of my songs are fully produced folk/rock songs, I can perform them acoustically as well. My vocals can be as described intimate and emotional.
Thanks for reading and please take a listen.

My New CD "What Makes It Real" will be available June 1st
